We have a P.E., a licensed professional engineer, and a lifetime ASHRAE member on staff. We are N.E.B.B. certified, meaning we are highly trained and qualified to perform these kinds of services. We offer the N.E.B.B. quality assurance program, Conformance Certification. We lend our complete and broad expertise to every project involving any type of modern HVAC system or EMS (energy management system) technology. We are among the elite few who hold an unmatched IP (intellectual property) portfolio in the HVAC and energy technology industries. We are capable of doing a full MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) evaluation of any project. We are based in Palm Beach County but have successfully completed projects abroad, such as in Anguilla, Aruba, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Cuba (US Naval Base GITMO), Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, St. Kitts & Nevis, Turks & Caicos, Panama, and other parts of the Caribbean. Our staff has a high degree of experience in luxury hotels, condominiums, educational institutions, and commercial, and government projects, including building smoke control systems, high-rise buildings, rational analysis testing, duct leakage testing, special mechanical inspections, and final recommendations for retrofits.
